I believe show reels are the best, because the artist gets to pick what they think is their best work (which, is USUALLY their best work)...

After reading a few comments, I'm glad that you use programs like after effects, flash, photoshop, and cinema 4D. They all play their own purpose, and help you produce what you want to achieve (I hope). The "depths" you frequently used make the scenes come to life. Making the characters come to life can be hard enough, but making the backgrounds come to life is another task among itself. You pulled that off quite nicely.

I have a question though... Do you use after effects for character animation, or only for particle effects (like the "underwater clip")?

... I dropped the crocodile testicles. But seriously, it was a quite enjoyable game for me. Except that doctor must have been intoxicated, or something.

The design on the Giraffe was pretty cool (the masking). I thought it was pretty thorough action scripting, and the models were nicely designed.

I have a strange feeling Jerry lived the same life as his dear old Dad. Great work!

... For some reason your style brings a sense of Dexter's lab whenever I watch your cartoons. I don't know if it's the morning, to day, to night quick transitions. Or, if it's the platter of diverse facial expressions.

After a while it felt kind of boring, but the pace "picked itself up" before I lost my interest. Then it REALLY became entertaining!

You definitely have potential. Although, your line work may have been a little rough (certainly not a bad thing, just a matter of taste). Your overall animation was pretty smooth. It's good to see that your are practicing, especially when you are bored stiff.

... Could I ever animate like you!

I bought the tutorials from you website, which I HIGHLY suggest all NG animators should do ;). They've helped me understand the possibilities of Flash, and I've been practicing animation everyday because of you. Thanks for the inspiration, I hope to one day reach a 1/100 of your quality!

I also caught an "Easter Egg" in this film. During the scene Bitey is crawling across the field (after the white flying creatures attack him) there is a pea in the front that says "Hehehe." You have to zoom in far enough until the Blur in the grass is not visible anymore.

It was too fast paced. This could have been used to your advantage (like in DBZ in a Nutshell 1 and 2). It was too hard, if not impossible to follow. The best I can say is it was almost funny.

Try harder and come up with an original idea!
